Internal Resolution

You may use our internal disputes service. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve complaints within 10 to 15 working days of receiving them.

If we cannot resolve your complaint internally, or you are not satisfied with our proposed resolution, you can contact the Financial Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS).
